Artwork or Coin Sample Approval

Artwork Approval – Respond with your approval or changes, as necessary to complete your coin design.
*Please note changes to the die will require additional 1-2 days for you to receive a revised proof. Your order will continue once we receive final approval from you.

Sample Coin Approval – If required, a sample of your coin can be sent to you for a close-up inspection before mass production begins. This will add several days for shipping. Your order will continue once we receive final approval from you.

Photo Approval – If you prefer, we can accelerate the process by sending a digital photo of your coin for approval via email instead of a sample coin.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept personal credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Gov Impact Card, or Debit Card as well as a bank transfer (EFT). You can mail your payment with unit checks, business check, personal check, money order or purchase order. We, unfortunately, do not accept government contracts; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Reorder Instructions

To reorder, we ask that you submit another order form including Address your customer ID and the quantity. It will take less time to receive your new order because the die is already made and approved. Remember, it will be less expensive because your die charge is already paid.

Please verify that your shipping address is a USPS-recognized address.
