Coin Ordering Guide
Follow the steps below to create your custom coin and then submit the estimate form to get a quote:
Step 1: Size and Quantity
Standard Challenge Coin Sizes:
Standard coin thickness is 3mm. We also produce customized sizes and thicknesses. For extremely detailed work we recommend choosing a larger size coin.
2 1/2″ x 1 1/4″
The quantity is up to you. The more you order the cheaper the per-coin cost will be.

Step 2: Choose a Finish
Remember when picking the Finish (color) of your coin — there are six different finishes available. Visit our Coin Gallery to view the different finishes and how they have been used.

Step 4: Provide your artwork design
Please use the design templates below for submitting your artwork:
How can I send my artwork?
You can e-mail, snail-mail, or fax us the artwork/design of your coin. Electronically, we can accept .ppt (PowerPoint), .jpg, and a variety of file types. We prefer electronic files with the information because your order will process faster, but we can even take your artwork off of napkins from some remote site, just fax it in and give us a call. We will need to talk to you about the setup if it is a rough drawing. We want your coin, therefore your organization to look great! The better the artwork submitted, the better the coin. Use the file upload form on the estimate form to submit your electronic artwork or email it to us. Our Art Service is FREE for anyone who uses our coin services, please allow 10 days for us to return your artwork design. A completed order form is needed to secure a position for coin creation.
What if I don't have a design yet?
Our graphics department can assist you in creating superb artwork using the information you provide. All artwork submitted is recreated by our design team, whom have years of experience creating challenge coins. So don’t worry if your artwork isn’t perfect, we will work with you to make it perfect.

Step 5: Submit estimate form and artwork
Complete the online estimate form and one of our specialized sales team will email you an estimate for your approval.
Include all available artwork to receive the most accurate estimate possible.

Artwork Approval – Send your approval and changes as necessary.
*Please note changes to the die will require additional 1-2 days for you to receive a revised proof, your order will continue once we receive final approval from you.
Sample Coin Approval – If required, a sample of your coin can be sent to you for a close-up inspection before mass production begins. This will add several days for shipping. Your order will continue once we receive final approval from you. If you prefer, we can accelerate the process by sending a digital photo of your coin for approval via email.
We accept personal credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover), Gov Impact Card, or Debit Card as well as a bank transfer (EFT). You can mail your payment with unit checks, business check, personal check, money order or purchase order. We, unfortunately, do not accept government contracts; we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To reorder, we ask that you submit another order form including Address your customer ID and the quantity. It will take less time to receive your new order because the die is already made and approved. Remember, it will be less expensive because your die charge is already paid.
Please verify that your shipping address is a USPS recognized address.
