We begin our service after an agreement to the terms below and a completed order form.

Legal rights for Artwork: Customer shall determine whether the customer has adequate legal rights to use, reproduce, re-sale or otherwise make use of any pictures, symbols or artwork in the manner contemplated by purchase to be replicated by eMilitarycoins, LLC. The pictures, symbols, and/or artwork either requested or provided by you, the customer, and used by eMilitaryCoins, LLC to create your coin for you, could have come from many sources that are not controlled by eMilitaryCoins, LLC or our coin manufacturer. eMilitaryCoins, LLC works very hard with each customer to make sure that every artwork is legal. We want your coin experience to be stress-free.

Personalized Products: The Customer shall comply with any legal obligation associated with the artwork being used by eMilitaryCoins, LLC when contracting eMilitaryCoins, LLC to make a personalized product. This includes, but is not limited to, obligations imposed by copyright, secrecy, defamation, decency, and export laws for any and all artwork used.

Approval: The Customer shall determine whether the pictures, symbols and artwork which will be used by eMilitaryCoins, LLC for creating their personalized product complies with customers’ needs. Purchaser must thoroughly examine and approve the artwork prior to approving and final payment for a coin to be made. Submission of a completed order form is a commitment to order.

Delivery: Although products purchased from eMilitaryCoins, LLC are normally delivered within 4-6 weeks, purchaser understands that there are no guaranteed delivery dates. eMilitaryCoins, LLC will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries because of delivery companies.

Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled after confirmation of receipt of completed order form. If the order is not in full production cancellations may occur. $150.00 cancellation fee and artwork time will be charged for cancellation prior to production. If after 45 days submission of the order and production is not underway, cancellation charges will occur, these charges can be used as a credit when the project resumes.

Rush Jobs: Customers that by-pass the option to have a digital picture (proof) of their coin (for RUSH jobs) agree to accept the completed coins “As is.” Since we cannot guarantee how a design will look when it is converted into metal, we will not refund or remake the coins unless there is an error on the coins that was not on the coin artwork which was approved by the customer at the beginning of the project.

Proof Approval: Our customer must verify and approve the product design/artwork from the .pdf file that is sent to them for the coin before ordering a sample. If the customer finds a mistake on the sample that is different than the approved artwork, eMilitaryCoins, LLC will pay for the sample to fix the problem. If the coin customer approves the coin artwork and then decides they do not like the way it looks on the sample coin product that was e-mailed to them, the customer is responsible for the cost to make any changes to the die at the factory.

Shipping: eMilitaryCoins, LLC reserves the right to determine the best shipping method unless otherwise specified. All costs of transportation and insurance shall be born by the customer, and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by the customer or by eMilitaryCoins, LLC. When you place a custom coin order with eMilitaryCoins, LLC, you accept a + or – 3 % over/under run for an order.

Shipping Charges:

INITIAL ORDER: We provide FREE shipping on your first order for coins up to 2″, except for RUSH orders and international shipping. FPO and APO addresses are not considered international, but BFPO is. Shipping is the customer’s responsibility for coin orders over 2″ for the first order. The customer is responsible for shipping on all future reorders.

REORDERS: A per coin shipping price of $1.00 per coin for orders of 299 coins or less and $0.75 per coin for orders exceeding 300 coins shall be assessed on all reorders, including reorders consisting of one new side.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will eMilitaryCoins, LLC be liable for any damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure, even if eMilitaryCoins, LLC or representatives thereof, are advised of the possibility of such damages, losses or expenses. Our hyperlinks to other internet resources are at your own risk; opinions expressed, their content, accuracy, and other links provided by these resources are not investigated, verified, monitored, or endorsed by eMilitaryCoins, LLC.

Disclaimer: eMilitaryCoins, LLC will not and cannot be liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to any carrier, international shipping, customs, or natural disasters.

Less than Minimum: Less than minimum orders will be accepted with an additional charge of $50.00.

When Ordering: When you place an order with eMilitaryCoins, LLC, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute eMilitaryCoins, LLC with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. You also consent to indemnify and absolve eMilitaryCoins, LLC and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses

Order Changes: When you change your order (piece, color, artwork, and shipping information) may result in changes to your ship date as well as additional setup or proof charges. If final production has started on your coin order it cannot be cancelled.

PMS Color Match: We can custom mix colors for you based on the Pantone Matching System (PMS). We cannot guarantee exact color matches, however we will make every effort to match as close as possible.

Product Specifications: eMilitaryCoins, LLC reserves the right to modify products as needed to assure quality and product availability.
